Abstract

Rice harvested area in Jawa Barat in 2019 is estimated at 1,579 thousand hectares or decreased by 128,418 hectares or 7.52 percent compared to 2018. Rice production of Jawa Barat in 2019 is estimated at 9.08 million tons of MPD or decreased by 562,402 tons or 5.83 percent compared to 2018. If rice production in 2019 was converted to rice for the population's food consumption, rice production in Jawa Barat in 2019 was 5.22 million tons or decreased by 323,103.89 tons or 5.83 percent compared to the year 2018.
