Abstract

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (IT) to the price index paid by farmers (IB).
  • NTP shows the terms of trade of agricultural products with goods and services consumed and production costs.
  • The price index of agricultural products (IT) increased by 3.14 per cent and the price index of goods and services consumed by farmers (IB) increased by 0.27 per cent.
  • The exchange rate of agricultural household enterprises (NTUP) in West Java in September 2023 rose by 3.02 per cent, while the Cost of Production and Capital Goods Index (BPPBM) rose by 0.11 per cent.
