November 2024 Jawa Barat air transportation passenger volume decreased by 0.81 percent

Abstract

Compared to October 2024, the number of domestic and international air transport passengers in Jawa Barat in November 2024 decreased by 0.81 percent and 20.57 percent, when compared to the previous year in November 2023 year on year the number of domestic air transport passengers in Jawa Barat in November 2024 also decreased by 63.66 percent, but the number of international commercial air transport passengers increased by 52.85 percent.

In November 2024, the loading volume of domestic goods and containers from ports in Jawa Barat reached 148.55 thousand tons or decreased by 18.95 percent compared to the previous month. However, when viewed on a year on year basis, there was an increase in the loading volume of domestic goods and containers by 17.76 percent.

The number of international goods and containers loaded in November 2024 reached 43.56 thousand tons, experiencing a very sharp decline of 75.88 percent on a month to month basis. However, when viewed on a year on year basis, it also experienced a sharp increase of 252.02 percent.

The number of train passengers departing in November 2024 was 1.89 million people, a slight increase of 0.39 percent compared to October 2024. Likewise, when compared to November 2023 on a year on year basis, it increased by 8.01 percent.
