FGD on Desa Cantik and Village Potential of Cimahi Municipality

Law Number 6 Year 2014 on Villages mandates that village governments become the subject of development. Therefore, as part of a series of activities to develop Desa Cinta Statistik Kelurahan Padasuka 2024, BPS Cimahi Municipality organized a Focus Group Discussion on Beautiful Village Development and Village Potential of Cimahi Municipality 2024 with the theme “Launching the Official Website of Kelurahan Padasuka and Identifying the Data Needs of Kelurahan in Cimahi Municipality”. The launching of this website was carried out by Pj. Mayor -Dicky Saromi- witnessed by the Head of BPS Statistics Jawa Barat Province - Darwis Sitorus- attended by the Head of Regional Apparatus of Cimahi Municipality Government or his representative, District Heads and Village Heads throughout Cimahi Municipality. Pj. Mayor of Cimahi expressed the hope that the Padasukan Village website will become a prototype for other villages that will follow the Desa Cantik development in 2025, while Darwis Sitorus reminded that Descan development is one of the targets to improve statistical literacy with the aim that villages have quality data so that it becomes the basis for village development planning.
